Course Description

Eight-hour class consisting of four hours of ethics and four hours of hands-on and self-care. With a trauma-informed lens, we will examine the intention of touch, and the ethics of the professional relationship. Interspersed in our journey, we will learn tools (stretches, holds, releases) for treating blocks in the chakra system, and discuss how trauma is stored in tissues.
