In this class, we'll be addressing the complexities of treating chronic hip pain, specifically addressing the anterior aspect of the hip. We'll move beyond general hip protocols and hone in on the unique anatomical considerations and common dysfunctions that contribute to anterior hip discomfort. We'll explore effective assessment techniques to pinpoint the source of the pain, and then delve into practical, hands-on approaches to address chronic hip pain.
