Abhyanga Ayurvedic Massage

Abhyanga is an Ayurvedic warm oil massage that involves anointing the body in healing oils - where the entire body is oleated, including the scalp and feet.

Regular practice of Abhyanga massage promotes overall health and wellbeing by:

  • Loosening deep seated metabolic waste materials

  • Bringing elasticity to the body tissues

  • Promoting flexibility in the joints, coordination, and a general sense of well being

  • Bringing aggravated Doshas back to balance

  • Cleansing and moisturizing the skin

Please Note: wear old clothes as they will likely become oily after redressing. You may bring a towel or turban to wrap oily hair.
