Massage benefits can include:
Reducing stress and increasing relaxation
Reducing pain and muscle soreness and tension
Improving circulation, energy, and alertness
Lowering heart rate and blood pressure
Improving immune function
Come try massage and experience the mental, emotional, and physical benefits for yourself. While taking 50-minutes to relax your mind and body!
Student Practitioners are available Friday from 8am-5pm (while school is in session)

We are completely understanding of emergency situations, so please let us know as soon as you can if you won’t be able to make it.
