Course Description

Join us for a transformative introductory class (16 credit hours) exploring Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST). This is a gentle, hands-on approach to healing that focuses on the subtle rhythmic motions of the body. Rather than forcing change, deep listening combined with light touch supports the body’s natural ability to balance and restore itself. Rooted in Osteopathy, the Biodynamic approach to healing has several distinguishing components. The most notable being that Health is primary. Listening to the body’s natural rhythms of health, can help release tension, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. Whether you are a current practitioner in the healing arts, yoga instructor, mental health practitioner, or simply curious, you will learn foundational principles, experience guided practices, and discover how BCST can enhance your personal and professional journey. Classes run from 8am - 5pm on April 14th and 15th.
