Introduction to Myofascial Release

Course Description

Myofascial Release bridges the gap from relaxation massage to medical massage and is broadly recognized by the medical community. This subtle technique is accomplished with no discomfort and can be much longer lasting than more aggressive techniques. “Fascia is the forgotten soft tissue in the bodywork world and is the easiest to treat!” This class runs from 9am to 5:30pm with a half hour lunch break. 8 Credit Hours This class can be taken as a standalone course for 8 credit hours. It is also part of the Neuromuscular Therapy Certification Series. The student must complete 100 hours (including clinic) for certification.
