This course provides a clinical exploration of the "Upper Crossed" postural pattern, focusing on the neuromuscular relationship between the cervical spine, temporomandibular joint (TMJ), and the pectoral girdle. Participants will utilize advanced protocols to address hypertonic tissues—such as the pectoralis minor, upper trapezius, and levator scapulae—while integrating techniques designed to assist with TMJ dysfunction and tension headaches. By analyzing how jaw misalignment contributes to upper-body strain, this class offers a roadmap for addressing forward-head posture and facilitating functional mobility throughout the upper kinetic chain.
