Trigger Point Therapy

Course Description

This 8 credit-hour, hands-on course is designed for Licensed Massage Therapists seeking to gain a better understanding of how trigger points may be involved in your clients pain complaints. Utilizing an integrated approach of Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapies you’ll learn effective techniques in the treatment of trigger points within the neck, shoulders, and upper back. We will discuss and practice how massage can offer long-lasting pain relief from chronic and hard to treat pain patterns.
